Quinta do Paço Lumiar sits alongside the emblematic Colégio Manuel Bernardes and Real Colégio de Portugal, as well as various cultural, historical, and social landmarks—like the Costume and Dance Museums, and Quinta das Conchas e dos Lilases, considered the third-largest green space in Lisbon.
The development consists of seventeen townhouses—eleven T3+1, one T3, and five T4+1—and a shared amenity room, arranged perpendicularly along the new roadway that crosses the plot from north to south. All homes feature a private pool in their garden area. These are courtyard houses, with the central courtyard linking the private zone to the outdoor area. The corridor that spans the length of each home serves as the organizing element for the entire space.
