“The urban design of Edifício do Parque aims to bring nature back to the interior. To achieve this, we emphasize natural light and ocean and City Park views from every part of the building. The transparent glass façade and the U-shaped form embrace all that the environment has to offer.” — Architect Rogério Cavaca
Between the uneven arms of the building’s U-shape lies the Jardim do Parque—a large natural space of 12,600 m², serving as a tranquil, relaxing setting. It’s the ideal blend of green areas and living spaces. With a wide range of layouts, one distinguishing factor of the Edifício do Parque residences is their abundant natural light, made possible by the large glass openings. The available space in each unit offers generous areas in every layout, from T1 to T6+1. Resting atop the central roof section and overlooking both the sea and the City Park, the Terraço Health Club is for residents’ exclusive use. It’s a well-being space with panoramic views and amenities perfect for self-care and health.
